Excited to dance through the streets of London with best friends Iris, Tommy, and a parade of local kids, Bella has to learn the Soca Shuf!e. Problem is, she has two left feet, keeps falling on her bum, and gets herself into some tricky situations.

With only a few weeks before launch day, although still learning to master the complicated dance steps, everyone is excited. Until one night thieves break into the Notting Hill community centre and steal the entire Children’s Carnival costume collection.

To make things worse, Bella’s cousin Rita is accused of the crime! Bella, Tommy, and Iris know Rita is no thief and her innocence is confirmed when Chinwag, the community centre pet parrot repeats a !urry of words that may offer insight into the theft.

With the help of Chinwag gleefully dropping clues, Bella and her friends are hot on the case, but time is running out! Can Bella learn her dance steps in time? And will the real thieves be caught and the costumes returned before the children’s Carnival parade takes place?
